Which shipping methods do you offer?
International orders are shipped via Croatian Post service with a tracking number. Domestic orders are shipped via Overseas Express, GLS Croatia or Croatian Post. You are also welcome to pick up your order from our retail shop in Zagreb city center in Tomićeva 4.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Why doesn’t the tracking number I received give any information?
It usually takes 12-24 hours for your order to enter the tracking system. After that period you’ll be able to see your parcel.
What if I receive a damaged parcel?
If you notice the damage to the parcel at the moment of delivery, please alert the delivery person right away and they will make further steps. If you notice the damage after opening the package, please take photos and notify us by email immediately. We will make a reclamation to the shipping company which should cover the damage in transport. If you do not react right away, we might not be able to cover the damages.
My parcel is taking longer than usual to arrive, what can I do?
Send us an email so we can check with the shipping company from our end. Sometimes delivery times take longer than usual due to unforeseen circumstances, but we have never had a lost or undelivered package.
Which payment methods do you offer?
You can pay your orders with a Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
I need a larger product quantity for my company. How do I proceed?
